1980 first contact with Yoga and yoga teachertraining
1986 establishment the Yoga of center "JIVANA - Room for Yoga u. holistic experience" and independent fulltime - teaching Yoga.
1989 first contacts with Iyengar Yoga in Poona with Yogacharya Iyengar-biography
1991 3 - week classes in Poona with Yogacharya Iyengar.
1992 Certification with the introductionary Level II after the Yoga - teacher - education at the Iyengar Yoga Institute in Amsterdam.

Since then, regular advanced training in the Iyengar Yoga in Europe, USA as well as at the Iyengar Yoga institute in Poona / India.

1994 One of the Founder of the German Iyengar Yoga Association IYVD e.V. ( now IYD e.V.) and member of the committee.
January·2000 Teacher Guidance Class with Yogacharya B.K.S. Iyengar
May·2000 permission by medical officer for the exercising psychotherapeutic medicine

constantly training at the RIMYI in Pune and with intern. Senior teachers.

Since 2005 I'm offering Iyengar Yoga  teacher trainings and be an axeminer in the German Iyengar Yoga Association (IYD e.V.)

I' m managing two yoga centers and teaching in the JIVANA - Room for Iyengar Yoga (since 21 years) and the IYCH Iyengar Yoga Center in Hannover (since 8 years) Germany
