PE30X (often referred to as PE-X 30 or Microlen PE 30) is a
high-quality, cross-linked polyethylene foam (XPE) with a density of approximately 30 kg/m³.

It is characterized by a fine-pored, closed-cell structure, is water-repellent, highly elastic, and tear-resistant.
Typical applications include protective packaging, case inserts, seals, thermal insulation, and technical molded parts.

The corners and edges are chamfered at 6 mm and 45°*
One side is chamfered at 30 mm and 45°
*Chamfer pattern may not always be uniform*

The large chamfer on one side is very comfortable when performing a shoulder stand, as it relieves pressure on the cervical spine.
Despite its light weight, the board is dimensionally stable and comfortable against the skin.

Two shoulder stand boards (a pair) are needed to perform the shoulder stand (Sarvangasana).
